Motivation seems to come harder to some than others, what motivates you in the gym?
I don’t need a certain music, special equipment, or eyes on me. Some days are more difficult than others, but regardless I am committed to improving each day and training is a part of my routine. As a professional, I know and have seen the benefits in most of not all facets of daily life through the lifespan.
Who keeps you motivated?
I am self-motivated. That being said, I refuse to tell my kids I can’t carry them because I lack the strength or endurance.
What is your best advice to continue to stay motivated?
Your excuses will become your crutch and will limit your ability at some point in your life.
